Wrapping is done by a trained wrap technician. The process is sanitary, warm, and comfortable. The wraps act upon the factors that cause body misshaping, including excess fluids, trapped waste, cellulite, and tissue weakness. Looking younger is possible by simply freeing the body of this lifelong buildup. Inch loss is just one of the benefits of the Body Wrap. Other advantages include recontouring, skin hydration and smoothing, the restoration of blood circulation, and the cleansing of body tissues for improved health. Clients should allow one to one and a half hours for the initial visit.
Thereafter, wraps will take an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes from start to finish. Finally, for those of us who are overweight and actively pursuing weight loss, a wrap is suggested for each 5 to 10 pounds. Losing weight creates a great deal of cellular waist and our Body Wrap will help move that out and tighten the skin.
CONSULTATION
The client fills out a short questionnaire designed to help determine client goals and supply pertinent medical information. You can do this on the day of your first appointment. Using the information given on the questionnaire, the wrap technician will speak to you about your goals and areas you would like to be targeted. Preparation It’s best to come for your wrap appointment freshly bathed. Also, avoid using any lotions or perfumes on your skin in the hours prior to your appointment. Lotions, particularly, “moisturizers” are often designed to seal skin pores to keep moisture in. Perfumes leach minerals from the skin which can inhibit the effectiveness of the formula. Female clients will bring a two-piece swimsuit or a change of bra and panties if they wish to be wrapped in their undergarments. Male clients should bring a swimsuit. Measurement A series of 20 body measurements are made. The measurement sites are marked to ensure accurate measurement after the wrap. This includes the legs, hips, abdomen, waist, rib cage and upper arms. Dimensions are recorded on the client’s progress chart. The client will also be weighed before and after for comparison purposes.
WRAPPING
Soft, hypoallergenic stretch cotton bandages are used. The bandages are pre-soaked in the solution. The entire body must be
wrapped for optimum results; however, the wrap technician will use special techniques to target the client’s “problem” areas.
Once the wrap is complete, clients are kept warm and comfortable.
LIGHT EXERCISE
Once the client is wrapped, they will perform light exercise for 50 minutes using one of our exercise machines. We can also place you in an infrared sauna or heating blanket which is optional. This is critical for the treatment’s success. This will help blood circulation, facilitating the mineral-waste exchange.
UNWRAP AND RE-MEASURE
The wrap is removed, and the client is re-measured in the same places as before. “After” measurements are recorded and compared to “Before” measurements. The inch loss results are totaled and recorded on the client’s progress chart. Results can be noticed immediately after wrap.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Your first body wrap session is approximately 2 hours. First measuring and wrapping will take about 30 minutes. An additional
45 to 60 minutes are spent in the wraps, and then unwrapping; a second measurement and dressing take approximately 15 minutes, followed by the reviewing the results from your first session. For our members and program holders, the body wrap should take approximately 1 1⁄2 hours.
WHAT IF I WANT TO DROP SIZES?
It takes 3-6 Body wraps to drop one pant size. Body wraps are safe enough to do every 24 hours. So don’t throw away those old Jeans, just yet! (Program must be followed as advised)
WHAT SHOULD CLIENTS WEAR TO BE WRAPPED?
To maximize the coverage of the Wrap, we suggest that women be wrapped in cotton undergarments, and men are required to wear underwear and gym shorts. You will be wrapped in warm, damp bandages, so bring an extra set of dry undergarments for after the wrap.

CLIENT HOME CARE ADVICE
The body wrap process is still working in your body for 5-7 days after your body wrap and provides your body the ability to continue inch loss and tissue reduction. For continued results, we suggest the following: For continued inch loss, wear contouring clothes like a firm body shaper.
Since our process is removing toxins from your body, we encourage you to assist this process by avoiding toxic foods such as salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, and carbonated beverages for several days following the wrap. An internal cleanse, which includes drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, will complete the detox process by flushing out the toxins. We also recommend avoiding creams or lotions on your areas of concern and by taking lukewarm showers during this time.
In addition, dry brushing increase circulation and decrease the appearance of cellulite.
