SPA POLICY

Consultations are required. All services must be used by the same person. Non-eligible clients for the treatment and all other refund requests will be honored before services are provided. No Refunds after Services are Rendered. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Body Sculpt Studio must be notified of your intention to cancel 24 HOURS before scheduled appointment. Any cancellations, reschedules, no-shows or late arrivals more than 15 minufor a scheduled appointment time will have to pay $25 rescheduling fee!

No-shows will result in that treatment being deducted from the procedure package without a refund. You agree that you are aware that this may have a negative effect on the overall results.

Due to the demand for treatments, all packappointments are scheduled following the initial consultation. Any changes to the initial treatment dates will be subject to availability.

RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS ON RETAIL PRODUCTS ONLY. Body Sculpt Studio will gladly accept returns or exchanges for any retail product purchases made at any of our spa locations. Refunds will be issues in original form of payment within seven (7) days of original purchase date with a receipt of purchase. All returns or exchanges are subject to approval.

NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES RECEIVED. There are no refunds on services already received. Refund request are only honored before services are received.

SALES PRICES EXPIRE 1) If services are purchased for the sale price and treatment plan has been started but not completed, as agreed upon, sale price will no longer be applied. 2) If services are purchased for sales price and services are stated but not completed, client forfeits sale price will be charged full price for services received.
